For the last two weeks and for however long before that the internet ordering system for Northcliff has been down. Now I order online as it is more convenient than calling and dealing with people directly. I have also sent a message to Debonairs directly with no response. What is the point of having this service if it is down or just not being used by your staff. If its broken will it be fixed, if it is just not being used by staff, will this be addressed? With what I have seen on this site, Debonairs have a bit of work to do.
This bit is not a complaint, just a lite suggestion: Also I wish to bring up an issue of delivery. The delivery promise is 39 mins or its free or if the dot is black. Now your drivers are charged for the late deliveries when personally I think they shouldn't be. I think to get a better system running for delivery the entire team working that shift should be charged for it and not just the drivers. Try it and see what happens. If and when then next ordered pizza is delivered late I will stand to your promise of a free pizza. If you make a promise, you deliver a promise. Be aware as well your delivery drivers make all sorts of excuses to get out of it.
