We bought KFC at Brackenfell which just upgraded the store. I ordered a large mash and gravy and chicken strips. The chicken strips was so dry I had to swallow it down with water. I had almost no gravy over my mash and GRAVY. Clearly they have cut down on the portions as well because my container was half full. If I wanted a SMALL mash I would've ordered a SMALL mash. Looks like the customers are paying for the upgrade that was done to the store because the quality of the foods has gone down since then. Really disappointed!
