I COMPLAINED ON HELLO PETER. AFTER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM KFC CARNIVAL TELLING ME TO COLLECT A MEAL AND MY COKE. I DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND SARAH THE MANAGER THAT WAS ON DUTY AT CARNIVAL MALL SAYS SHE KNOWS NOTHING.
I TOLD HER THAT THE PURCHASE WAS MADE HERE AND I DID LODGE A COMPLAINT. SHE COULD NOT HELP ME. I TOLD HER TO CALL HEAD OFFICE. SHE TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE.
I DROVE FROM ELSBURG TO CARNIVAL AS I WAS TOLD THAT THE MANAGER ON DUTY WILL KNOW ABOUT THE COMPLAINT LODGED. THIS IS WHAT I GET.
UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS SO ANNOYED I TOLD HER THAT MY PETROL AND WEAR/TEAR ON MY VEHICLE WILL BE PAID FOR.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT KFC CARNIVAL MALL. NOBODY KNEW ANYTHING AFTER MY DRIVING OUT TO KFC. SARAH REFUSED TO PICK UP A PHONE.
