My boyfriend and I went to lunch to CTFM and had a terrible experience with a very incompetent and rude waitress and left immediately. We were still very upset and called her manager, we spoke to him and he offered us a complimentary meal. We arrived for our meal and were treated extremely well and catered to, we did unfortunately have the same waitress but everything went smoothly. Charles and the other manager Siya are wonderful managers and really do exemplify Good customer service! The food was also wonderful!
