Fatty Steak

I ordered a steak egg and chips, when i started eating the steak it had so much fat in it, i got about a R5 coin size of pure meat out of the steak, i complained to manager and he said he is sorry thats how it comes from headoffice so i said surely the chef saw this when frying it and he said thats how it is and apologised, so i got no refund or replacement. Paid R48 for a small piece of steak
