Please give your staff proper training on how to deal with customers that are not happy with your products, i went all the way to cresta to buy myself a hollicks milkshake from Randburg, just to get a watery milk shake, i always enjoy buying myself Milkylane milk shake, as i believe you sell the thickers and mouth watering Milkshakes, when i bought one today i noticed it was not as thick as i would always get mine, i went back to complain about the quality of her milkshake, she took the milkshake and poured ice cream as i was told, and the lady gave it back with no apology or anything she put it on the counter and looked at me with an annoyed face and she carried on serving more customers, i have never ever felt so disrespected by someone and i ended up not enjoying my milkshake, i doubt i will ever buy myself anything from milky lane if this is how you treat your customers.
