I wanted to pay for my food with my bank card, card machine at cashier was not working.. Cashier said I should go to Post office next door and draw cash to pay for my food. I came back to cashier, only to find out that he gave my food back to the kitchen. Not only this upset me, but he also allowed the lady in front of me, (she also wanted to pay with a card) to take her food without paying for it in cash or by card.

I asked to see the manager, she said she will discuss it with the area manager tomorrow. I said to her she should mange the staff as she is the manager. No answer from her on this.

This was the cherry on the cake, many days they are out of stock on cheese, bread etc.

Therefore I will not make use of Fedics "services" any more. I drawn money at the post offfice which incurred additional bank cost for me as well.
