I bought food using a Vincent voucher (gift card) the lady who assisted me said the voucher declined and I had to pay cash which I did. few day later I phoned Thuthuka which is the company responsible of the gift card and requested statement to my surprise one of the transaction that has gone through was nandos with the amount that I have paid for cash. I went to Nandos and ask for the Manager to explain what happened. I showed him the transaction but he kept on saying that the money is not at Nados. I explained again that this was a gift voucher not a debit card and I paid cash for the food. He kept on giving me an attitude instead of listening. I am very upset because if he listened to what I ve said instead of undermining me.
