After a realy bad experience at spur, I decided to return for dinner. I explained to the manager on duty what had happened the last time I visited that spur restaurant, he sympathised with me and made sure that he went the extra mile to ensure that he reached customer satisfaction. I was so pleased with the way Richard handled the situation. He made me feel like a valued customer and reminded me why I loved that specific spur. I definately will be returning. Thank you so much for rectifying the situation. Richard realy deserves an award for best manager ever. And the previous manager whom I had a negative encounter with should look up to richard as an example. Thank you and keep up the good work
