I Have an insurance cover with miway for two cars, i recently bought a new car which i insured with them. I was quoted on the first car fairly and on the second car, NP200 i was quoted fairly but was promised that, if my car had a tracking device it would have influence the premium to go down. i went on to instal MX1 and Anti-Hitjeck Level 4 and after that e-mailed the certificate of confirmation to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] but nothing was done.

Why should i get such a wonderful customer service when i bring a business, then after that get forgetten. i called a call centre few times doing a follow up, but no one helped me or came with a solution.

I hate to get ideas from other insurance companies to leave my current insure because of the customer service. i expect to get the same service i received with my BMW. i even went to the extent, and insured my house with miway, before the bank advised me that my monthly installment includes a house insurance.
