I did a purchase with UFO on the 14-04-2013 but they had issue with their speed points got an error had to pay cash but realist later that funds have been deducted twice from my account which i immediately called FNB Cancellations/ reserval dept spoke to Winnie who asked me to send error receipts and cash payment slips on the 15-04-2013 which i did but untill today i have not being assisted money is in my account but cannot accesse it whats more disturbing is that i called FNB and even went to the branch and they can see the error but non of them can help to get it resolved the branch in Featherbrooke gave me attitude and told me they cannot help this has been going on for 2 weeks im being affected cos i cannot use money on my account and no1 is given me feedback.
