Absolutely brilliant service

I called to query my insurance premium annual increase. I spoke to Sharon Matau and she was extremely efficient, very friendly and professional. It was an absolute pleasure chatting to her as she was simply fantastic. It is very rare to find people who actually even somewhat helpful these days, so to deal with her and Dial Direct was awesome. What a great person, and better yet my premium was reduced once assessed while on the phone.
