Absa Account not been Fica'd

I opened a bank account with Absa in December 2012. Since then it has been a battle to get them to do their jobs properly. It took one month to get the actual account opened, because you have to use a business manager when opening a business account. When you open a new account your asked for all the paper work so that the account can be Fica'd. Every month I'm having to call the bank to get my account operating again, as has been suspended due to the fact that i have not fica'd my account. I then have to call the branch and get it unblocked. When i ask why this is still happening i get told that it is something that is bigger than me and the branch manager. And that i am not the only one. I would not bank with Absa if it was not for the fact that it is the only branch in the shopping centre where my store is located. I'm hoping by complaining maybe someone at Absa will get off their lazy and fica the documents from December 2012.
