I started my policy on 12 April 2013 and before that I asked for the policy schedule to be posted to me. The consultant got very upset and defensive when I asked this and I was shocked at his reaction and the lack of transparency at Outsurance. He then agreed to send it by post but I have not yet received it. Why have I not received this? I have no proof what I am currently insured for, for how much and the basic excesses. This is really shockingly bad service. It seems that you only pretend to "bend over backwards" for customers and then turn around and do as you please.
