No one enjoys claiming on insurance for a car accident, especially one caused by oneself. Much as I'd like to blame the column for jumping out at my from behind, this wasn't the case. Milly was incredibly friendly, open and helpful and made it really easy for me to put in my claim. I'd like to hope i never have to do anything like this again, but if I did, I hope I get Milly to help me through with it.
