Pathetic service at FNB Homeloans

I phoned the Homeloans department and advised that I'd like to change my debit order date and the account details for the debit order. I was then asked the fill in a debit order validation form which i did at the Lifestyle Centre Centurion branch on the 13th of April 2013 and it was faxed through to the Homeloans department by the consultant who was assisting me. She verified the fax had gone through.
I phoned again on the 16th of April just to find out if this was change and i was told it takes 3 working for the admin department to receive it and capture it.
I phoned again the following week and i was told by the consultant at homeloans that they can see the request and it takes 7 days to action this.
I phoned for the third time now on 30 April and I'm now being told that my application form has been sent and hasn't been received and i now need to fill in another form which will take a couple of days to be worked on. I mean, how pathetic is that? The debit order is going to go off on the old account, and there won't be any funds! Who's problem is this now?
My ref. no. is RP1304303693 and the last person i spoke to is Carl Mccane.
