on 26/04/2013 we received a sms stating that our housing finance bond is in arrears and a evaluator will be sent to our property to commence legal action. we are aware of the arrears as we have made arrangements months ago for FNB to deduct every month which they have been doing every month. we called Lazarus Matjeke who, s name is on the sms, the same name who send a similar message 3 months ago, we never got hold of him (not this time or the last and he never bothered to phone either) but was informed that our arrangement is on the system and it is the system that send a message. I would like to know why they have a system that is sending threats when you do all the trouble of making arrangements (and being on hold at the call center for 10 - 30 min) and keeping to you side of the deal only to be harassed.
