A man from FSP Solutions t/a MiWay Insurance called me during end July 2012 proposing a better insurance for my car, Toyota Yaris Zen 2011 Model. I then accepted the offer and he specified that Premium/month included the Tracking device, then debit orders from my account to FSP started from August 2012 to date. Unfortunately the Tracking device Company called me somewhere in February 2013 to inform me about the arrears on my Car Tracking device. i then had to query this with FSP as the package included the Tracking Device. Till to date, FSP is struggling to give me answers or resolve the issue. Altec Netstar (Tracking Device Co) sends me Statements for 5 months arrears and orders me to pay them via their account, i then liaise with them regarding the Agreement with FSP as FSP has to transfer the Tracking Device Premium to Altec Netstar every month and they claim that they do make the Transfer to Altec Netsar every month.
Now i want to cancel the Contract with both parties as i'm very disappointed.
Hello Peter i hope you will be able to help me resolve this issue as the debts is getting bigger and bigger as a result the Netsar may take me to their Lawyers
