Duplicate payment made to [URL Removed] - Rodney Smith

We took a loan of R2000 from [URL Removed] in October 2012. On the 14.11.2012 They tried to debit our account but failed because my husband only gets paid on the 15th of each month, which they new. wonga consultants called throughout the 14.11.2012 wanting their money so I, chantal Smith, made an EFT payment from my account of R2446.00 to their ABSA account - I got the banking details from one of their consultants. Wonga then debited my husband's account on the 15.11.2012 as well with R2445 (and some change) Now they are refusing to give me back my money when they know for a fact that they received a double payment. Wonga is acint ignorant to the fact!!!
