Profile Never Updated

I went out of debt review 2010 December, received my clearance certificate and all other documents. My credit card account was paid off and i requested it to be closed as i did not want one again.

Now i am trying to switch to standard bank myself and my wife, now my profile is appearing as i am under debt review still. When i call them asking the Legal Department to do an urgent update, i am told that i need to send proof that i am out, i have sent an email with all the necessary documents but now i am being told that i need to wait for 5x days to get my profile updated.
