I called Outsurance last year just after my birthday in November to see if I could get a lower car insurance premium seeing as I was now 25, which usually means lower car insurance premiums. My premium, excess and window cover were lowered in a few minutes and it was a pleasure dealing with them! Always happy to stay with a company who makes an effort to keep their customers happy.
