I would like to compliment Auto & General on great service and for doing the right things. I became jobless in February and cancelled my insurance with Auto & General. They told me that I will still be insured until the end of the month. Just before the end of the month my iPad was during an interview. I contacted Auto & General after reporting the crime and they swiftly replaced my iPad, no questions asked, even after they knew I was not going to be a paying customer after the end of the month. I only had it insured for about 8 months at R59 p/m which is already a good price for an R8000 iPad. I am great-full that Auto and General helped me with this situation and I can't thank them enough. Thank you for great service, and thank you for doing the right thing. I do believe that if it was with another insurance company there would of been some fine script or some excuses. Thank you.
