This is a huge compliment which goes to our underwriter Cindy, we had a client who called d was very upsett because he kept getting sms's to send his tracking device certificate in but the carbon copy the client has was very light and even though the skytrax was installed by the company tracker auto and general still kept smsing the client for it. The client was very annoyed and frustrated and Cindy took the call, emailed the client and some contacts at tracker and within no time we received the certificate and cindy had it uploaded to the policy. She called the client to even reassure him its now been uploaded. Thank u for assisting when our client needed it most.
