I have been victimised by DUT as they will not allow me to register to complete my studies for the past 7 years. I had contacted a legal representative who requested feedback from DUT, after sending 2 letters to the University and trying to contact them nothing has been resolved as yet, nobody in the University including the HOD has responded or wants to respond. Its been 5 months and Legal Wise cannot get me any solid answers and they provide no feedback. I have been in contact with the Manager from the Durban branch Shereen, but she cannot give me any answers as well. This is really frustrating as the reason why I joined legal wise, Surely if you cannot get any feedback from the University you need to take the issue to a higher authority or court.
This seems like a total waste of my money and I will advise anyone in the future not to join or deal with legal wise.
