8 years back, l had a Wesbank account. I defaulted on my Wesbank account, approx 3months, l had called in and made arrangements to get this account back in order, however the lady l chatted to "Mary Khun" advised that all is well, a few months later l get a letter from an Attorney stating that l'm blacklisted due to defaulting on this account. I have fought this for the past years, eventually l never get any hope out of these inconsiderate people. My Credit profile has been on a negative since this was done, it took me two years to gain back my credit worthiness, my current credit profile is in a excellent state. I bank with Nedbank now due to my past history with FNB, l tried today to move back to FNB as a "Platinum Account" holder, l was denied even so my credit profile is in good state, but my risk profile with FNB is still "High" as if l'm a potential risk customer. It's been like 8 years, get over it, the only way going forward is to work together. After all l'm still a customer, if you treat your customers this way, many will leave in a few years. I am highly disgusted with this experience and will have nothing to with this "SO CALLED" peoples bank EVER. Don't ever call me!
