I am shocked to wake up to a notification of a debit order of R175 termed "naedo tracked do". I dont remember authorising such so can someone please explain to me why are we being billed this naedo tracked do without us having authorised it. I am definitely getting this reversed and should it happen again i will close my account with this banking institution because judging by the other complaints on this site about this debit order, none of them get resolved! So disaapointed in absa!
