I applied for a personal loan at EC finance & my application was declined due to affordability. But now when I view my bank statement it showed that they claimed for a R79.99 on my account which I wasn't aware of as my application for a loan was declined. I don't know what this amount was for and the payment bounced back as I had no funds on my account now I have to pay the bank an returned fee of R115.00 for something I don't know. I don't even know who to contact in this company as had no arrangements with them cause my application was declined. Why was I charged a R79.99 if my application was declined. And I'm not prepared to pay them as I have no agreement with them. How do I deal with this, I think its ridiculous that I have to pay a finance company but they told me I don't qualify for a loan.why should I pay them off.
