Poor service from absa homeloans and admin

I phoned absa homeloans on the 19/04/2013 to recalculate my installment as i put in a large amount into my absa flexi reserve. i phoned homeloans (0860111007) and they indicated that there was no such request, and refered me to admin homeloans department (0860023646) where the lady i spoke to at 4:15pm on 25/04/2013 was extremely rude, unhelpfull and eventually put the phone down on me. So now my service request was not executed and i will be paying an extra R1700.00 that i will not be able to access. My experience was so unprofessional, and service was shocking. I do work for a bank and the standard of service and customer experience from the call centre agent was extremely bad.
