A letter of cancellation was seent to Motor Finance Corporation for a vehicle that was never insured with Outsurance and created quite a stir. That letter had to be verified that the details were correct before being sent off. This act damages my personal profile with the Finance House as it raises concern for both parties. I am annoyed and frustrated as yet again Outsurance has failed. How many more encounters of this nature!!!
