Bad attitude and Billing query & Service

I noticed that my January premium did not go off, but with work and other personal issues that needed to be sorted out, I was unable to go to the bank. Then, when my credit card was withheld by ATM due to faulty card reader, I had no choice but to go in. I had to go with my two children and was there from 8 to after 12pm being sent from pillar to post, my children crying etc and when I eventually managed to get them to sit in a chair, the chair was also taken from them and the man that took it, just sat in it??! If it was there for clients, how can he do that? Person assisting me did nothing. Manager/Supervisors were not there. Anyway, eventually, an overdraft was given to me and becuase of the service and time, I left. went to Centurion branch and queried the loan - balance reflecting online end Nov was R17828.33 and end Feb, 17191.97? How can this be when I am paying more than R1000 monthly. Also, loan term reflects 66 months? what happened to the funds that I transferred in previous years when premium did not go off in Dec/Jan? when the lady from Centurion called Personal Loans, the person assisting asked very rudely "And she's only querying it now? " and was of no use!
