In tears at FNB

I went to FNB to withdraw money from a new account opened via the FNB website.
After numerous attempts to withdraw the money I went into the bank where a very unpleasant woman told me she is too busy to attend to my problem.
After going into a office and telling my story I found out I couldn't withdraw the money because I need to have my proof of residence and without this I can't retrieve my money.
Not knowing this I was furious. Nowhere on the application states you need to do this, why would you apply for an additional card on the site if you still need to you into the bank.
Sitting and waiting for someone to assist me for about 45minutes. Where after I was told it is closing time and the lady is too busy to sort this out now, I SHOULD COME BACK TOMORROW.
I was in tears and I don't think your bank is suppose to make you cry.
