Still no response from FNB now that they're wrong

This is now my third post on HP and FNB is still ignoring me. They loaded my ex-wives cell number onto my in-contact details and all I got was a call agent telling me "sorry sir" This is breach of client privacy FNB. It is serious. You then have the audacity to deduct R220 for over the limit fee on my credit card and refuse to pay it back. Then your call agent has the nerve to bring up my past record in order for it to sound worse on my side regarding the issue - excuse me but you have over 10000 known complaints on Hello Peter. Who's got the bad track record now. Then to make matters even worse, it is now the second time that I purchased fuel and paid with my debit card without using my pin - so much for banking security - why the do I have a pin if I don't need it - anybody can use my card now. O, and another thing - I haven't earned any e-bucks now for quite some time. You will reverse the R220 you from me on my credit card and you will compensate me for defaulting on my account or I will lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman.
