I called the Miway call centre twice in the past month requesting them to cancel a policy i have with them but today i get a debit going off my account, this means my request was never actioned. I called the call centre again today. i had to call them 4 times until i could finally get through after holding for some time each time and i still havent been helped. I want the policy cancelled and my money refunded.
