I bought a house through SA Homeloans in December 2012 the purchase price was R 1138500.00 I was told to give a deposit of R 275000.00 and once the bond was registered I would be able to get the money back thje bond was registered at the deeds office in Marck 2013. I contacted SA Homeloans to transfer the available funds to me I was told they cant do that because it is a new bond and because I bought a new car and have had credit checks against my name on ITC it has affected my scoring. I have borrowed money for th loan on the discussion between SA Homeloans and the estate agent and myself now they are on my case for their money and SA Homeloans are playing games if ABSA come through I will be switching to them even before my first payment goes through to SA Homeloans I have attached the e-mail from SA Homeloans and the estate agent.

Well it looks like if this will be our best answer from all the banks.

Sashi from SA Homeloan said your scoring with them are currently 574 and must be 600 for a 85% loan and 630 for 90% loan. He said at this stage they can help with a 80% loan accordingly to your scorecard and then in 2 months time your score would definitely
