I was contacted by Old Mutual in February 2013 telling me that my endowment policy would payout and that I should fill in all the documents at the Old Mutual office in Secunda, which I did. The Old Mutual contacted me on the 4 April to tell me that I had to organise a cancellation at Nedbank as the policy had been seeded. Obtained cancellation from Nedbank on 4 April, e-mailed to qeuries at Old Mutual. have now phoned 4 times to find out when this endowment policy will payout, each time being told it has to be escalated to the payout department.
Still no money, the date is now the 23 April.
