I claimed with FNB Insurance Brokers for a device, they said they would contact me during day. No one contacted me; I thought I would give them some time as I understand that they might be busy. After 3 days I called back to follow up on the claim, a lady answered and said that the claim was not registered and I had to make another call to the claims department. I refused as I had already been holding for thirty minutes. I got put through to a lady called Charlotte. When I asked when my claim will be attended to, Charlotte replied " I am the only person that does this and I will get to it when I can, I still have last week's work to do." On the 4th of March 2013 I received an email from Antonella and then paid the 10% excess. A few days later I called back and spoke to Charlotte, she said that I should call Core Banking Solutions. Two days later I got a call from Core Banking Solutions confirming the claim and that I would receive the device the next week (1st-5th April 2013). On the 5th of April they said he would look into it. The 8th of April I received a call that I would receive the device within 10 days. I still havent recieved the device after a month!
