On 11/12/12 I layed a claim, I was given Windscreen Direct as the service provider. After battling weeks with Windscreen direct on passing the buck & no communication, my windscreen was replaced 24/12/12. A week later I find a chip in the windscreen hidden under the wiper blade, my sunvisors dont open and close without knocking into my rearview mirror and the original windscreen had a tinted band on the top of which this one does not & the inside of my roof is visible when you view from the front. I layed a complaint with FFW on the 02/01/13. I was told i needed to speak to Brandon who handled the original claim. The call was transfered but Nina answered & said that they will need to escalate the matter with Windscreen direct. It has been 2 weeks with no response. I am deeply dissattisfied with the level of service from FFW & their suppliers.
