Deducted money, after the account was settled

1st of December 2012, i settled my loan account with fhb through their attorneys and emailed the proof of payment to the attorneys. 05 April FNB deducted R2722 on my account and when i called them they said my account was in areas and explained to them that i had settled that account and even provided them with proof of payment. Its been 15 days already and i have been following it up but no joy, response i'm getting is that they are waiting for the letter from the attorneys that they have received that amount. I WANT MY MONEY.
