ABSA Staff NOT trained

Last night 21/04/2013 @ - 23:00 I was busy with eBay and did some transactions there with my PayPal account, which is connected to my ABSA CC.

This morning 22/04/2013, @9:26, almost 12hrs later I received a call from an UNKNOWN number.

Requesting personal details from me, this person claims he is from ABSA .

After I told him, I will not give out personal details to an unknown number, I was told my account would be locked and I need to go to the local ABSA branch. Train your people, to know, they phoning from an UNKNOWN number, and how they need to identify themself. As I have have been told, but ABSA... To NEVER share personal info with strangers...

ABSA, if you gonna force me to go to a local branch where I need to stand, in a queue for 30min- 1hrs, due to shortage of staff, to be able to use MY account again. I will much rather close ALL business by you, and move to FNB.
