I had a car accident more than a year ago (policy number 556602196/2). I had to pay an excess of R3500-00. Unfortunately, it looked like the 3rd party involved in the accident (the guy that caused the accident) was going to not pay the claims. Selwyn continued following up on the third party and eventually got the person to pay. I just want to thank Selwyn Mooi for his dedication and for eventually getting me my excess back. South Africa needs more people like Selwyn in the Service Industry!!
