My debit order with Dial Direct goes off on 21st of every month. I missed my debit order that was scheduled for 21 March 2013. A bit of bad money management of my side however Dial Direct were quick to inform me via SMS of this blunder and they told me that the debit order will be rerun on the 8th of April 2013. I was happy with that and as a matter of fact, I wanted to do a deposit into their bank account to make up for the missed debit order. The debit order for the 8th was successful. Today is the 19th and dial direct debited my account! TODAY IS NOT THE 21st! Apparently I was put on an "alternative payment" list because I had missed my debit order. I was never told that my debit order was going to be moved to 19th. They took my money without my permission! How is this different from money from someone's account?
