Disgusting customer service from African Bank

I have repeatedly queried the fees charged to my account and have provided proof that African Bank might be charging me that are not in line with the contract signed.

I spoke to Louis Maistry, Kim Singh and Kevin Harris from African Bank and kept passing the buck. Then decided to refer the matter to [Email Removed], and still no response. I am conviced that African Bank is illegally adding fees to my loan account.

I will not let this go without a proper fight, even if it means going the legal route.
