I reported an accident and wanted a car hire, was told by the administrator that I only have car hire for 15 days, I told him that according to my knowledge I have 30 days of which he responded by letting me know that 30 days is only applicable when the car is. That was never explained to me before and I asked him if I upgrade? he said it wont be applicable to this claim, which means they wont be able to help me, I then called few days later, frustrated as I was I got Sipho Lugongwane who upgraded my policy and I explained to him my frustration. To my surprise he assured me that as First for Woman Client they wont live me like that, they take care of their clients, He spoke to his manager and the repair unit and they managed to have my car hire extended, besides that he called me few days after to check whether Ive not had any problems with the car of which I confirmed no. I appreciate all the effort and support that he has shown during this stressful period and just for that service he managed to change my decision of cancelling my contract with 1st for Woman! He has been a life saver and pleasant employer to deal with. Well done to him & Thank u so much!
