WHO GAVE NEDBANK THE RIGHT TO GO THROUGH PERS ACCT

My mother has a personal account with Nedbank where she keeps her extra monies and she also has a personal loan with them. I happened to transfer a huge amount to the her personal account 2 weeks ago for the purpose of some family affair. She was phoned by some lady from Nedbank telling her that: "HEY MAMA, YOU HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT SAFE THERE YOU MUST COME TO THE BRANCH SO WE CAN TALK." My mother also requested a settlement amount for the personal loan so I can settle the account for her, the same lady refuse to give her a settlement amount, which I found it very ridiculous as she was only requesting a settlement amount. My question is, who gave them the right to scrutinise the clients' account. No wonder our monies are not safe in the banks any more as there is a lot of inside thefts. To her surprise again, the monthly instalments for her personal loan was deducted from the same Nedbank personal account. The agreement she had when she took the loan was instalments were to be deducted from the Absa bank where her salary goes to, and be debited on the 15th of every month not on 18th. What is going with Nedbank. Why do they just take peoples money like that
