Discovery card and vitality offer services they cannot manage and are ripping their customers off. I continually have to follow up and check on my monthly allocation of smart shopper multiplier points and Healthy Food benefit payback amounts.
In January I did not get allocated my healthy food spend
In March I got allocated the wrong % for my healthy spend
In April I got allocated the wrong amount for my healthy spend and received no smart shopper multiplier points.
What pathetic service Discovery - you are money from your customers!
