I like it MIWAY??? no ways, their WAY...!

I logged a claim 4 April with MIWAY insurance as my car was giving me problems. MIWAY helped me immediately and towed the car to the nearest dealership to have it assessed and eventually fixed. I was told i'd be contacted on the progess in 2 days but i've heard nothing from them. I called to find out the progress and was promised a call back but that hasnt happened up to now. It's exactly 14 days after the incidence but MIWAY hasn't come back to me. I'm very disappointed as i've never had any problems with them in the past but it's just too much now. I need a way forward and my car fixed soonest. Attempts to find out the progress has just failed as MIWAY just refuse to let me know what's happening... This is just not on, i want my car back. Insurance is supposed to be there for you but MIWAY's proving otherwise... So, change the slogan to YOURWAY not MIWAY as the customer service...
