Terrible service!!

So I have been banking with absa personally for more than 20 years. With fica coming into effect suddenly from today my credit card is suspended till I give proof of residence. Problem is I am a business owner and ALL my bills are registered under my business name, accept my absa statements, and I cannot use it for fica.
The very few I do get on my personal name they do not accept because it is not a monthly bill, or older than 3 months.
After going to brackenfell branch a few times only to be turned away, I am now fed up.
Now I find out absa has been sending my cheque account statements to an unknown address I have never heard of in my life!! Where did you get this address from?
Surely I was supposed to show you some bill with that address to have it registered?
I have 3 accounts with absa personnaly, my business account is with FNB.
I applied for a home loan a month ago. ABSA turned me down in less than 48 hours, FNB approved it immediately.
How do I bank my whole ilfe with absa and they decline a loan without any question, but a bank i have not used personally ever and business for 6 years approve immediately without one question??
please advise asap!!
