FNB Business Cards are not yet "chip and pin"

I am a partner in an architectural business, The business banks with RMB Private Bank in Johannesburg. The 5 partners including myself have business credit cards. These cards are issued via FNB card division as RMB does not have it's own card division.

I have now had my card skimmed 2 times in the last 2 months. After the first occasion I asked if I could be issued with a "chip and pin" card to prevent this from happening again. I was told by the representative from RMB that this was not possible.

I have now had my card skimmed a second time and have had to go through the tedious and painful process of cancelling yet another card and then waiting a week to get a new card, I am thoroughly annoyed, particularly as the new card again arrived without a "chip and pin".

I have to endure painful 'STEVE' ads everyday on the radio to and from work. These FNB ads rant about how fantastic their service and technology is over the other major banks, yet they cannot even put a simple chip into their business credit cards, nor can you earn the much bragged about e-bucks (another fact I have discovered).

I hope that FNB can get with the times... this is backward.
