I had a judgement on my name which was placed due to miscommunication between Tshwane Municipality and their representative attorney's. I had the judgement cleared by the Pretoria magistrate court on the 15 April 2013 and I was issued with a court order to certify that the judgement must be rescinded. I went to Experian Credit Bureau and they were able to clear the judgement from their side within a day. Sadly, when I contacted TransUnion Credit Bureau I was told it could take up to 20 working days. Yet, after I had faxed through the requested documents and followed up after 4 hours of faxing I found that the documents were still lying at the fax machine. Hence the process could take up to 20 working days. I personally believe that the process can be cleared and even investigated with the courts within 48 hours as it was proven by Experian Credit Bureau. Why can't TransUnion Credit Bureau be as efficient and pro-active as Experian Credit Bureau because they are following the same processes and policies stipulated by the National Credit Regulator.

I've attempted to get hold of the call centre manager "Ammed Ahlijjan" for at least 3 hours and only then he still could assist.
