My policy was updated with a new address and my premium increased to some rediculous amount. After my complaint was referred to retentions, I was contacted by Lemmy who assisted me and went the extra mile to ensure my concerns were addresed. He worked dilligently through my policy and in the end my premium ended up being less than before... Happy Miway Client:)
